When I first bought my home, there really wasn’t much more than dialup available for internet service. Since then, I’ve had many different providers and been through a lot of headaches. I’ve spent hours on the phone waiting for tech support, dealt with hours in downtime and spent a lot more money than I should for internet. But it’s all part of the learning process. Recently, while searching for another ISP, I found Qwest internet. They offered a DSL connection for what seemed like really low money. But, with my experience, I was a little skeptical. So I decided to do more research before just jumping to sign up.
What I discovered was that Qwest customers absolutely love their service. According to the many reviews I read, Qwest offered better tech support, a more reliable connection and more affordable plans than other internet providers in my area. But the convenience and price was what convinced me. They offered DSL, which meant I didn’t have to get any new lines hooked up; just my existing phone line. Plus, I could bundle my internet with TV and phone for a ton of savings every month. Now, just like other customers, I love my service and don’t plan on going back.
