We love to eat a lot pizza in our house and we probably enjoy it nearly every week. For us, pizza is a great all-around family favorite and just a quick and easy dinner. It’s also the classic choice for watching a game on TV. Getting a hot pizza delivered to your door is such a snap, many people can’t imagine making their own pizza at home. But making pizza can be a lot of fun for the whole family, plus you can top it with whatever you’re in the mood for, be it pepperoni, veggies, or pineapple. We have a great cast iron pizza pan that we like to make our pizzas on.

It’s a pretty neat pan, very sturdy with a solid long handle for easy lifting. Plus cast iron is so versatile and durable; we can use it for just about everything from grilling to baking. Of course we mostly use it for pizza and the pie turns out perfect- a nice golden crust with a yummy moist top. We actually keep a couple of quality pizza and bread pans on hand since we love baking so much.
