One of my all-time favorite desserts has to be cheesecake. Sure, it’s packed with fat grams and calories, but it is so delicious. Whenever I pass cheesecake in a grocery or bakery, I have to resist the urge to buy it. When I do finally treat myself to cheesecake I usually prefer to make it myself. I found some of my favorite creamy cheesecake recipes on the web and also in a couple of my dessert cookbooks.
